Hi Everyone, Thanks for all the caring messages we have recvd regarding Jessies Hospitalisation on Sunday Morning at 1am. It has been a pretty hectic period for both of us but especially for Jessie. I love her very much and it was very traumatic to see her in so much pain. Thank Goodness we are only a ten minute drive to our Major Northern Suburbs Hospital Emergency Section at Joondalup. The bad thing was all the Yahoos were flooding into the emergency after Too Much Alcahol and Drugs of all sorts and fighting causing themselves bleeding injuries and demanding instant treatment. I think all the Emergency Hospital Staff deserve all the Praise and Pay Rises that they can get. We arrived at the Emergency Dept at 1.10am but had to wait in line till after 2am before Jessie could get taken to a bed and recve some trearment. The ER Medical staff were so caring and fantastic and as Jessie thought it might have been heart trouble, after numerous tests and scans and ecgs and numerous needles and IV Drips they discovered that Jessie was suffering from..Pancreatitis. At first they were going to operate, but then at 12.30pm they decided to admit Jessie to hospital and place her on fasting by mouth and they placed two IV drips into Jessies arms where she recvd her food and pain relief. At about 2pm Jessie drifted off too sleep and I raced home had some food and packed a bag for Jessie then I returned to the Hospital and stayed with Jess till 8pm then I was pretty exhausted so I drove home and slept till morning. I went back to hospital on monday and stayed with Jessie and she was a lot better.Today is Wednesdsay and surprise Jessie is home. She has to go on a low fat diet and get plenty of rest and go and have a CT Scan of her Pancreas on 5th March then go back and see hewr Specialist. We have both got all our fingers crossed that the Specialists report is good because we leave for our Dream Holliday to Panama and Alaska on the 10th April. Once again to all Jessies great friends at OZCC and on F/Book thanks for all the caring messages.
In todays paper I came accross this interesting story about the Panama Canal and I will try and share it regards John
